How to Obtain Your Test Results

Due to high testing volumes, your test results can take up to 10+ days once your specimen is received by the lab. Please follow the instructions below to receive your results when they are ready.

  1. Within 24 hours of receiving your COVID-19 test, you will receive an email titled “Patient Portal Access Info from Eastside Urgent Care” asking you to setup your Patient Portal Account. This email will contain your username. Once you receive the email, click the “Set Up Portal Account” link and follow the instructions to choose your password and create an account.

    If you do not receive this email, please go to this link and click the button that says “Using Mobile Phone.” Follow the instructions on the screen to log into your account using your cell phone number.

  2. When your results are available and have been reviewed by a provider, they will be published to the Healow Patient Portal. You will receive a notification via email when they are ready.
  3. Once you have logged into your portal after your results have been posted, you can find your results by clicking on the Medical Records tab to the left side of the window and the Lab/Diagnostic Reports section

Results can also be accessed directly from LabCorp or Quest (depending on where your test was sent) by clicking the links below and following the instructions to setup an account.

Our staff will also call you with results however please understand that due to the high demand in COVID-19 testing, there may be some delay in receiving a phone call to notify you of your results.
